The current Baza Dance mobile website presents significant navigation challenges. Its information architecture makes it difficult for users to access lesson schedules and booking details, resulting in a frustrating experience. By streamlining the structure and improving usability, we can help users quickly find the information they need.

The Goal is to understand the needs and pain points of current and potential customers. This was achieved through interviewing people within the Target Audience populations to better understand what is working and what can be improved on the current website, focusing on the Mobile site.

Created a questionaire to gather information from users about navigtion and lesson booking on the original Baza Dance mobile website
Based on the findings from the User Research, I used UI best practices to create an improved user experience in the navigation and booking process.
